I Had Polyps Removed From My Vocal Cords About A

I had polyps removed from my vocal cords about a week ago, I was given an RX for an antibiotic and a anti acid of some sort but it was a prescription. A few days later I noticed than I had one pupil was much larger than the other. It lasted about 2 to 3 days. I also used visine in my eyes almost everyday, would the visine or the antibiotics cause the pupils to react like that.
