I had prostate cancer four years ago. I had my prostate removed. I had to use a penis pump so I would not lose inches. Due to an incorrect use of the pump when I attempt to get a full erection the base of my penis is smaller than the rest of it. Therefore the base cannot support the rest of the penis so I am not able to get a full erection. The orgasms are good and there is no pain. Is this treatable?
