I Had Protected Sex. The Condom Did Not Break, We

I had protected sex. the condom did not break, we checked with water. but before him putting a condom on he tried a couple times but did not have a comdom on those times.I am not quite sure if he had pre cum while trying or not. that is why I took plan b, 68 hours later. is it possible his pre cum can get me pregnant?
