I Had Protected Sex With A Sex Worker Both Oral

I had protected sex with a sex worker both oral and vaginal 5 weeks ago. I have developed a cough, sore throat and white/yellowish tongue. I also have a pain in my armpit and sometimes my groin which is less than a pain more of a discomfort. Does this sound like HIV?
