I Had Protective Sex Three Days Ago And This Morning

I had protective sex three days ago and this morning I had stomach aches and I went to the bathroom and I thought I was on my period so later I went and ate breakfast and my stomach started hurting again and then I went to the bathroom and I though I had to pee but this piece of clear (looks like wet toilet paper) stuff came out with like something pink inside idk I'm freaking out I need help idk if I'm pregnant or not
