I Had Prp With Microneedling Procedure And After It I

I had prp with microneedling procedure and after it i had a permanent severe redness on my cheeks ...the dr prescribed me alphagan drops.....there was no improvement .. then eczema cream ....then winters came and it improved .but stil if i go t a hot place like kitchen they start geting red ..now they say its rosacea rash .....my skin is fine at times and sudenly the cheks get red specialy the already present red acne marks get extreme blood red ... and my cheeks feel burning ...is there any cure for this problem ? Is it really rosacea i feel its any kind of effect of that procedure ..which only efected the cheeks area ....please prescribe any medication for it
