I Had Pulmanary Embolism Deep Vein Thrombosis 12months Ago N

I had pulmanary embolism deep vein thrombosis 12months ago n they put in a filter n tried twice unsuccessfully so they said it stay in permanently. 12 months later i get blood poisoning n more clots .they never told me they couldnt remove it..been on antibiotics in hospital for 8days n doctors still tell me nothing. What should i do n were theg in the wrong for putting in wrong stint?
