I Had Radiation Treatment For Colon Rectal Cancer 2 Years

I had radiation treatment for colon rectal cancer 2 years ago. I have changed my diet to fit the "fight cancer" diet plan. I struggle with gas. Is it from the cancer in any way or is it just the diet change. Mostly I followed that diet before treatment with more fats and preservatives. Any suggestions for control?
