I Had Really Molded Food In A Pot. I Poured

I had really molded food in a pot. I poured some bleach in it to try to kill some of the mold before cleaning. I quickly realized that was a bad idea when it started to bubble and fizz. I put a lid on it contain most of the fumes. Since then my lungs and throat have been burning. Should I go to the hospital?
