I Had Received A Broken Jaw About 2 Weeks Ago,

I had received a broken jaw about 2 weeks ago, I had surgery on the 12th its now the 21st, and there seems to be puss coming from somewhere inside my mouth, seems to be constantly going, I am using a mouth wash they gave me but I'm more worried about swallowing all of this puss, and also if I should contact my doctor
