I Had Recently Done Circumcision. That Was End Of October

I had recently done circumcision. That was end of October 2015. At the end of January 2016 my penis started itchy. I start 2 wash it everytime i got this itchiness. Few days later i saw that here is papercuts on the mark where the foreskin was cut away. Before the circumcision i also have papercuts near the foreskin. Both incidents the papercuts was stingy. My relationship is in jeopardy because i have lost interest in sex due 2 this papercuts on my penis. Please assist me.
