I Had Reclast Infusion In June Of This Year. I

I had reclast infusion in June of this year. I had a tooth problem that the dentist would normally pull
But he said he would have to repair it because he could not risk pulling it because of the reclast. Said the
Site might not heal and I could even risk dying. True or the worst case senario. Also said i would always be at risk now for dental work. Is this the general consensus among dentist?
