Can You Suggest Alternative Treatments For Recurring BV, As Metronidazole And Probiotics Haven T Provided Long-term Relief?

I had recurring BV for a while and I wasn t taking any probiotics. During that time I was prescribed Metronidazole twice and it didn t work. I started taking probiotics and that made it go away for a couple months, I am still taking my probiotics but I think I am getting BV again, same symptoms, same smell... same partner during this whole time. I have been struggling with this for about 10 months now, I don t want to go back to the OBGYN to wait a month for them to give me Metronidazole again, any suggestions?
