I Had Retina Surgery On Nov 18th Went For A

I had retina surgery on Nov 18th went for a check on the 25th and surgeon said everything is fine. Now this afternoon the gas bubble which is getting smaller has a small second bubble. Is this a problem or something that occurs as the bubble diminishes?
