I Had Retinal Surgery For A Detachment A Week And

I had retinal surgery for a detachment a week and a half ago. My week check up went well, but now I see flickering in my eye. I have a gas bubble in the eye as well. I didn't see this flicker until the last few days. I did trip and almost fall the other day jerking my head. Is what I see normal and should I call my doctor tomorrow to see if I can stop in to recheck the eye?
