I Had Right Back Molar Removed Yesterday As There Was

I had right back molar removed yesterday as there was an absis under it and very painful. I am on abtibiotic and high blood pressure tablets. Today I feel faint and have a sore head plus diarea.
I have just taken my blood pressure and it is higher than normal reading .
Can u help
