I Had Right Knee Replacement Surgery 7 Months Ago. I

I had right knee replacement surgery 7 months ago. I had physiotherapy post surgery.after a couple of months, I developed extreme ankle pain and then my right leg started turning out and it now is turned out about 45°. My whole leg now aches from the ankle right up half way between my knee and hip. My doctor insists that the knee is Ok. He thinks that I might have a hip problem which is causing the changed gait. I have very very little pain in my hip. What should I do?
