I Had Rk Surgery Years Ago, Around 15 Years Ago

I had rk surgery years ago, around 15 years ago or longer and was highly myopiac, 1 am 53 years old and now have had my right eye cataract surgery, which has made me able to read and work on computer without glasses, I am scheduled to have the left eye done which is my dominant eye next week, my question was is it possible to have this eye 20/15 as I find my distance is very bad especially when driving, I had originally asked for distant vision as I do not mind wearing glasses for reading, now I have close up and intermediate vision in right eye, lens used was a mono lens
