I Had Rotator And Bicep Surgery. Had To Wear Immobilizer

I had rotator and bicep surgery. had to wear immobilizer for 7 weeks. now out of immobilizer and noticed a burning in arm pit of that arm and while doing my pulley exercise noticed an awful, musty smell in that pit. do i have an infection? don't notice any redness or rash.
