I Had Rotator Cuff Surgery 3 Yrs Ago. Having Arm

I had rotator cuff surgery 3 yrs ago. Having arm pain similar to presurgery with occasional jabbing pains. Ultrasound showed no tear but that anchor is out of bone.. MRI showed anchor out of bone & tear. Surgeon is going with retear. It can't be done for about a month. Can loose anchor (no dissolving plastic) cause any issues for that length of time. I'm 73 in good health female with borderline osteoporosis.
