I Had Rough Sex With My Bf And My Vagina

I had rough sex with my bf and my vagina opening is red and it looks like psoriasis on the outside skin. What can I put on it to get it to heal faster? The lower outside part of my vagina is getting cut too and bleeding. How can I heal it? I'm not sure if it's from using spermicide or just the rough ssex hurting my skin. Should I keep my vagina dry or wet?
