I Had Roughly Over A Dozen Ear Infections In One

I had roughly over a dozen ear infections in one year about two years ago, ever since I have had extreme problems with them. Lately I have been having bad itchiness, sharp pain and throbbing, and a clear discharge sometimes a tan color along with crusting. The most concerning is I have definitely lost some hearing!! I almost collapsed in my shower when a tiny bit of water went inside my ear, is was the worst sharp pain I've ever felt. I've also recently had problems with my jaw at night it hurts so badly. Aches, feels tense, and no matter how I position it I'm restless! I have constant headache everyday that I can't get rid of. Any thoughts on what could be wrong? I'm exhausted and in pain all the time please help!
