I Had Saline Implants In 2005 And All Was Well

I had saline implants in 2005 and all was well until 2012 when I had a heart attack and still having heart heath issues. In 2005 my left implant was popped during surgery unknown to me as of how but I have two stents placed and need another surgery for more stents in two weeks. I am being told the implants is a cause of my heart condition? Can this be true? And I understand I needed stents placed in 2005 but am I reliable for fixing this implant rupture?
