I Had Scabies .. It Was Treated But The Red

I had scabies .. it was treated but the red spots on my penis are still there . They are not going away and it has been 3 months . I have tried everything and went to doctor twice .his given treatment is not working and so I change my doctor but it is not working either.
Help me please
