I Had Septoplasty Done On Monday And My Right Nostril

I had septoplasty done on Monday and my right nostril is still plugged. I've rinsed and rinsed and can't get it open and my doctors secretary said that the doctor said it normal. Just keep trying. I'm worried something is wrong because the pressure is unbearable. Should I be concerned?
