I Had Septoplasty & Turbinate Reduction Two Days Ago, After

I had septoplasty & turbinate reduction two days ago, after the surgery I had some trouble stopping bleeding & now I've got sever headache with continuous running nose with blood & clear mucus my nose has stinging pain & my ears are aching, my eyes are running and I have the urge to sneeze could this be sign of infection?
