I Had Severe Abdominal Pain A Few Weeks Ago,it Made

I had severe abdominal pain a few weeks ago,it made me go to the toilet violently and the pain nearly made me vomit and pass out all at the same time,I experienced sever bleeding from me rectum and had to be taken to hospital,only a test for a urine infection was done no bloods etc and I was sent away,the pain continued and bleeding for 2 days but not as bad as the first time.I have continued to have pain in what the doctor tho hht was my Gaul bladder,it was extremely sore to touch,I didn't know this until he touched me.i had a ultra sound of my kidneys liver and Gaul bladder and no Gaul stones were present.the pain is now moved to the side of my body,and she touched my bowel-she's said-and this caused severe pain to touch,again I didn't know this I time he touched me.It getting hard to bend over to the side (right side of my body) and the pain gets sharp at random times.Its really taking a toll on me and its is draining me and the discomfort and pain that co tines 3 and a half weeks later doesn't seem to let up,it's just moved it seems.It feels like a part of me inside is very very sore,like a certain part of my body has been beaten up.In my self I feel Ok,I'm not great but I'm doing fine other than the fact this pain won't go away.Sometimes the aching from the pain makes me have to take deep breaths as it takes it out of me,like I have had a run but I havnt.I have bled from my rectum before it happens a couple of times a year but this pain was so incredible I was in so much pain I physically sweat through my clothing and the episode lasted over an hour and then again 4 hours later but for approx 45mins it was only then I notched the bleeding I didn't not notice it the first time I was ill.Thank you
