I Had Severe Cramping For Two Days With A Thick

I had severe cramping for two days with a thick period flow. I am now experiencing light brown discharge with flesh clot looking things for the the past couple of days. The cramping had stopped but I'm experiencing it again. Is it a possible miscarriage?
