I Had Severe Hip And Shoulder/back/neck Pain That Would Keep

I had severe hip and shoulder/back/neck pain that would keep getting worse. One dr thought it was fibromyalgia. The 2nd dr gave me a steroid that I took for a week - the second day I had no hip pain and by the end of the week my shoulder/back diminished significantly. The pain is coming back exactly as before and I have a headache and nausea with it....what could this be?
