I Had Severe Pain And Diaherria After Having A Gull

I had severe pain and diaherria after having a gull stone and gull bladder removed. Four years later I was diagnosed with microscopic colitis and a stomach ulcer. Is it possible that with not being treated for my severe pain and severe diaherria caused my microscopic colitis?
