I Had Severe Pain That Was Never Completely Diagnosed Years

I had severe pain that was never completely diagnosed years ago that finally subsided to some degree. It was thought to be damage from child birth or bad episiotomy or some type of injury. I cannot wear tight pants or jeans and just live with it although it is not severe. Bothers me at night especially. I am 78 and have had this since my mid fifties. I was sexually active at the time but not for 15 to 20 years. Anything on the market that might alleviate this?
