I Had Sex A Few Times This Week, Maybe A

I had sex a few times this week, maybe a little aggressive the last time, & for the first time in my life it hurts to pee the last 2 days & my meatus, just the lips, look a tad bit red & a little swollen....no other symptoms or problems, but it hurts at the moment of urinating or ejaculating. Could I have just overdone it?
