I Had Sex About 10 Days Ago, Two Days Later

I had sex about 10 days ago, two days later the head of my penis has been tingling or I guess feels like pins poking me, the girl did bite me on the head of my penis at one point.not enough to leave a mark. I really don't feel any burning or discomfort when I pee, wondering if this is still symptoms of ghoneria or Chlamydia? I did get a yeast infection from sex a few years back and it feels similar, any ideas?
