I Had Sex About 2 Months Ago. My First Period

I had sex about 2 months ago. My first period was very light which is unusual for me and a week early. my second period was normal and right on schedule. My period now is a pinkish brown color. I have already had a negative blood test after the light early period concerned it was imlantation bleeding. I am 38 years old. Could this be an early menopause or do I need to have them check again for pregnancy.
