I had sex about three weeks ago and we used a condom, but I noticed after that the condom broke. He did pull out, but I did notice that there was some cum on the outside of my vagina. I got my period last week, so does that for sure mean I am not pregnant?

Second question, the area right around my vagina has been red and itchy for the past day. Is this an indicator of anything?
