I Had Sex All Of November And Then Had A

I had sex all of November and then had a light period Dec 9-12 and that isn't normal for me. Then started having sex again January 7-19th. I was supposed to have my period the 6th of January. I woke up this morning and was bleeding but it was very light and pinkish. So I put in a tampon and went back to sleep. I woke up and pulled the tampon out there was barley any blood and brown stuff. Then I've been wearing pads and it's been orangish and I'm not bleeding a lot like I normally should with a period. And I have a tingling feeling in my vagina area. I've had slight cramps when my cramps are usually terrible. And I have a uncomfortable pain in my lower back. I've had almost all symptoms of being pregnant. What's going on do you think? And should I test?
