I Had Sex Bt With Condoms,he Did Nt Inserted Bt

I had sex bt with condoms,he did nt inserted bt only touches,still i took ipill,he came on m i wore bikini so i got tens hence i took ipill also my regular oral pills.then i stopped it aftr 5days & waiting fr periods.generaly wenevr i stop my regular pills my periods come aftr 4days now its more than 12days it did not comes.is it bcz of ipill? Plz help.
