I Had Sex For The First Time Friday Night. He

I had sex for the first time Friday night. He went really rough for the first time. I saw the sperm in the condom. I woke up Saturday feeling a bit sick in my stomach. Why is this? Is is because he was too rough for my first time? Please help me as I am a young teen and do not want to be pregnant.
