I Had Sex Last March 23 With A Stranger. And

I had sex last march 23 with a stranger. And it was unprotected. I had my period in the first week of the month then this last week of march means i experienced 2 periods in a month. I panicked thinking i was pregnant especially when i experienced a mild lower abdominal cramping and changes with my vaginal discharge. It has a foul smell and yellowish in color. I think i have a gonorrhea so i immediately bought 4tablets azithromycin. I took 2 on the first day along with cotrimoxasole and cefalexine before going to bed and experienced a snot like vaginal discharge which is slightly yellow in color. And 1 for the second day with afloxocine and cotri before i went to bed and lunch. then for the third day i only took 1 azithromycin and ofloxacin as soon as i woke up an hour after when i went to the bathroom. My undies was soaked with which seems to me like water but i havent felt anything coming out of me. I was wearing a dark colored that time but when i wiped it on a white cloth, the discharge was bright orange in color. What happened to me. I just want a little clue and i cant afford to let my parents know this.
