I Had Sex Last Month. And Used A Condom. But

I had sex last month. And used a condom. But i missed my periods last 2 months. M worried. And can i be pregnent. The condom did not break. I have history of pcos. And i started having metfomin since a month for weight loss and iron tablets. I checked the colour card. It says negative. And my nipples hurting. Please help.
