I Had Sex On The 08th Of August It's Now

I had sex on the 08th of August it's now my 5th month and I've seen all my periods, I cleaned my tummy using Hamburg tea and once overdosed many pills, I have a feeling I'm pregnant though I took a test and if came out Negative and there are no signs , could I be pregnant?
