I Had Sex Three Weeks Ago With A Partner Who

I had sex three weeks ago with a partner who had had mutiple partners. We used a condom and then we decided to have sex again. I put the second condom on except is was on wrong so I threw it away, germ-xed my hands, and put a new one on the right way. He then touched the bottom of it when he went to position himself. I'm worried that possible sperm from his hands could have got on the condom that went inside me the second time. I was wondering if I could get any std this way, especially HIV?
