I Had Sex Today With My Boyfriend We Didn't Use

I had sex today with my boyfriend we didn't use protection. It was a little longer than usual like 45min to and hour toward the end my vagina started hurting a little. Afterwards my vagina was sore when I moved but the soreness went away but it's swollen it's swollen more on the right side. It burned when I peed. I'm sorry I went in to detail but I just want to provide as much information as possible. What is wrong with me, is there any suggestion on what I can do to cure it?
