I had sex with a girl a night ago and now I can't get my foreskin over my bellend and I have a swelling the same size as my bellend with what looks to be a clear liquid, but it is causing no pain I just know it isn't meant to be there, should I try and drain the liquid by popping the swelling with a needle or leave it to reduce in size.
