I Had Sex With My Bf Since 2-3 Days.For First

I had sex with my bf since 2-3 days.For first 5 mins we did unprotected then he put on the condom.Since yesterday im having intense burning in vaginal area and feeling pain while urinating and burning sensation too. And also frequent urge to visit bathroom although very little comes out. Please prescribe treatment for uti infection. Im taking alkasol and it is providing very little relief. Can it be any STD? im unmarried and live with my family, please help.
