I Had Sex With My Girfriend With A Condom, The

I had sex with my girfriend with a condom, the condom then broke but i did not finish inside of her, it just popped. I gave her the morning after pill just in case and today(one day after taking the pill) she feels a burning sensation while urinating and sees a very little amount of blood in her urine, is this a side effect of the pill or could ir be something serious. Note: we are both clean, no std's
