I Had Sex With My Girlfriend For The First Time

I had sex with my girlfriend for the first time recently. We had rather long sessions 40min-2.5hr, a couple times a day, for three straight days. The last 3-4 times of which were unprotected. She has slept with other guys prior to me, and has had unprotected sex before - but she was tested for a few stds (she doesn't remember which) when she had a pregnancy test a while back and came back clean. Two nights later in the shower, I noticed some red spots/tiny cuts in a cluster on only the left side of my penis shaft, kind of towards the base, I'd say maybe two inches up, in and around hair follicles of my pubic hair. I only noticed it because it stung when I was washing. It has been 6 nights since then, and they are almost unnoticeable in regular light, however, when I shine my white phone light on my shaft you can notice some pink/white spot coloration, different from my skin color, and the "cuts" are very tiny, only few remain, still only seemingly at the hair follicles. They don't hurt, haven't stung since the first wash, I have no painful urination, no blisters, and slight itching every now and then, but I never have to scratch. Maybe it was because I was focused only on the initial cluster on the left side of my shaft, but I noticed I have two small similar pink/white coloration spots on the right side of my shaft, also seemingly by hair follicles of the pubic hair, and the pink/white spot coloration on the left side of my shaft spread just a little upward. I'm hesitant to say I have any "bumps" because nothing is protruding, and I have nothing on the penis head, or underneath it. I'm going to be seeing a doctor in two days.

In addition, I gave her oral sex only twice, but I've felt what seemed to be a burning/tingling sensation on the top of my lips for three or four days but it has since subsided and now I have just have standard chapped lips. Nothing unusual there at all, but one or two tiny cracks where my top and bottom lips meet (I've experienced this before with chapped lips).

I guess for some history, I have eczema, which only occasionally flares up on my thighs or torso, and I've had a yeast infection in one of my armpits earlier this year (though I don't know if any of this matters given what I'm currently experiencing). I've been sexually inactive for close to 10 months, and only had sex with one girl before (protected each time). I'm 23.

From looking up stds and other possible causes, I'm really unsure what they could be. All the herpes pictures seem way more severe than what I have (the symptoms I've read about herpes make it sound painful), and the yeast infection pictures seem way more flaky than what I have too. My girlfriend hasn't noticed anything unusual by her vagina ever, even now, but she did have what we think was a cold sore on her bottom lip. (I know herpes causes cold sores, but she didn't give me oral). Sorry for the long detail- what is your opinion before I see a doctor on what I'm experiencing?
