I Had Sex With My Guy On 14th Jan 2016..

I had sex with my guy on 14th jan 2016.. It was not at all a complete intercourse .. He was wearing a condom from the very beginning..he tried to penetrate but as it was causing pain i asked him not to do so . so he didn't penetrated.. After that he just rubbed his genitals over my vaginal area but at that time also he was wearing a condom..he did some fingering too .. But he never ejaculated n his penis was never wet .. Still i was little worried so i took an i pill after 36 hrs . i got bleeding exactly after 7 days when all this happened . It was light n was for approx 3 days .. Now its 21st feb 2016 n still i havent got my periods . Is this normal ? M i pregnant ? Please help me out .
