I Had Sex With My Hubby Yesterday And I Felt

I had sex with my hubby yesterday and I felt pain in my tubes during sex and today I hurt so bad I feel sick I can't eat anything with out throwing up. My tubes are cut tied and burned so I am worried if it's a tubal pregnancy. What do u think I should do my period last time was a week late?
