I Had Sex With My Wife Said She Was Off

I had sex with my wife said she was off her period. I noticed the next morning I had dried blood on my fingers and penis. Since I didn't bother to clean up after sex. Once I realized it was blood I clean up right away. She is clean. I was wondering how bad is it to have dry period blood on my penis and fingers and didn't notice it til the next morning?
